Well I have been such a slacker when it comes to our blog lately, not that anyone really reads it. Zane is 9 months old now, and crawling around getting into anything and everything! Crazy how fast time goes by! We have been up to alot since the last time I wrote on here, so I will just post some of my favorite pics from the last 6 months (=

So I know I've been a slacker at updating this, but I've been a little busy. This month I went back to work. )= It's amazing how fast 3 months can go when you aren't working every day. I can't believe our little guy is already 3 1/2 months old!! Here's some updated pics of him.

Cody's softball team took 2nd last night. Here's a pic of them with the trophy. They team babies also suited up in their Rally Monkey gear for the event. (=

Zane Cody Briggs was born on April 17, 2009 after a long 18 hours of labor. (= We feel so lucky to have him!!! 

A Lazy Weekend

My dogs LOVE clothes right out of the dryer. Every time we pile them on the bed they build themselves a little cave and relax in the heat. Just thought this picture was too cute not to share. (=

So, we were watching Fight Club on Saturday, and the guy on TV was shaving his head. I said something like, "we should do that to my hair." And Cody said lets give me a mohawk. It only took me 2 hours to get it straight, but it looks really good. Here is the before picture. (=

Happy 29th Birthday CODY!!!! We celebrated his birthday starting Sunday by going to brunch at MacCools and then to a movie. On Wednesday, his actual birthday, he had a cold so we stayed home and I made prime rib for the first time (it actually turned out!!) Then we played some darts & had some ice cream cake. Mmmm.... I hope you had a good birthday honey! Love you!!!! Next year we will have a bash for his dirty 30 so be prepared!!! (=

Merry Christmas!!

Oh the weather outside is frightful.... 

Christmas was a blizzard! Our day started off just Cody & I opening our presents by our tree. He got an itouch and I got a bunch of onesies for the baby, 2 wii games, some gloves, and some maternity clothes. YAY! We then headed off to his mom's house for breakfast. The snow was CRAZY! I haven't seen that much snow in a long time! Susan made us some awesome bacon & eggs then we headed off to Cody's dads to say hello, and finally last stop to my parents house. The drive down to Saratoga wasn't too bad, but the drive home was pretty long close to an hour and half! Not too mention I got us stuck in our driveway for twenty minutes of that! YIKES! Luckily we got an electric snow shovel from my parents to help us out with shoveling the next day. (= Despite the snow it was a great Christmas!! I feel lucky to have such a great husband, family, and friends to spend the holidays with!

Christmas Party Weekend

It was a Christmas party weekend. We had a dirty santa party with all of our close friends, it was a blast. Thanks again to everyone for coming even in the snow. (= Here are a few pictures of the party & some prizes a few people got.

We then had the Briggs annual white elephant party with some delicious brunch & white elephant gifts. I stole a sweet purse (sorry Trish) & Cody ended up with one of the presents we brought. It was a great time, and really helped get us in the mood for Christmas!!
